Hey all! So I'm back at Camp, for one of our last official camping weekends... Labor Day Family Camp! The weekend camps are great because A) we don't have to keep a close eye on the kids since the parents are here, and 2) they are just totally laid-back. Next weekend is Women's Weekend, which should also be enjoyable and relaxing, then there is just one more contracted week and I'm officially done with my summer! That is good, cuz I'm tired, but bad also cuz I don't have a job yet.
On the job front, I was trying my hardest to land a Traveler's position at a hospital here in Spokane. Unfortunately, this is the one city on earth where there is no call for travel nurses, even if I go outside of the Oncology field! Boo! So, I am currently trying to decide between settling for a travel position somewhere else, or just getting a real job here in Spokane. I have a couple of interviews for various staff jobs here, so I'm going to see how that goes and make my decision in the next week or so. But at this point, it's looking like Spokane is the place I want to be which I am really excited about! It is nice to be home, and close to all my Seattle friends/fam as well!
